Biography
Joslyn Ho is a corporate sustainability consultant with over 13 years of professional experience across sustainability advisory, financial audits, business advisory and project management.
She commenced her professional career with KPMG Malaysia in 2011, where she performed statutory audits across diverse industries and gained valuable exposure to business performance services. Following her early career in audit and event management, she built strong consulting delivery fundamentals and stakeholder coordination skills handling complex corporate exercises.
Beyond her core focus on sustainability, Joslyn brings valuable expertise in corporate advisory and capital markets. She has extensive experience guiding clients through the complexities of listing exercises, providing strategic counsel and hands-on support to ensure regulatory readiness, solid governance integration and smooth transitions to public markets.
Joslyn currently serves as Associate Director of Sustainability Advisory Services at PH Advisory Sdn Bhd. In this capacity, she leads advisory engagements and delivers compliant reporting-focused solutions, with an emphasis on disclosure readiness and internal capability building.
She is highly experienced in handholding listed issuers through their complete sustainability journey. Her expertise spans establishing Sustainability Working Groups (SWG), reviewing data collection processes and drafting annual Sustainability Statements aligned with major frameworks, including Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, GRI and ISSB (IFRS S1 & S2).
In addition to her local advisory work, Joslyn has extensive experience servicing multinational organisations, including a regional consultant role with Lazada South East Asia. There, she curated internal climate change training modules—such as GHG Protocol-aligned carbon emissions scopes—and managed the delivery of sustainability content for stakeholder education.
Joslyn combines her strong technical drafting skills with a passion for stakeholder engagement, frequently delivering ESG and sustainability reporting training for corporate professionals, ranging from operational teams up to Board level.
