Shin has close to a decade of experience in corporate leadership, digital transformation, client advisory and technology-enabled business improvements. He has extensive experience working within the healthcare industry, where he focuses on shaping business direction, strengthening organizational capabilities and supporting sustainable growth.
A key part of his work involves spearheading digital transformation initiatives, including building a Digital team that is cross-functional and business-focused. Through this role, he works closely with various stakeholders to identify business pain points, improve processes and introduce practical digital solutions that support operational efficiency, better decision-making and improved service delivery.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Shin has experience in client advisory work, where he supports organizations in reviewing business challenges, identifying improvement opportunities and developing practical recommendations. His approach combines operational insight and technology capabilities to help clients move from ideas to implementation.
As an AI evangelist and prompt engineer, Shin drives the practical adoption of AI across business functions. He designs, tests and refines structured prompts that help AI systems produce accurate, relevant and business-ready outputs that is most importantly, human-centric.
His experience in the AI domain includes translating business needs into AI prompts, establishing reusable prompt frameworks & workflows, and validating AI-generated responses. To address client needs better, he leverages on AI to develop AI-enabled prototypes. By connecting business requirements with technology, he helps clients visualize solutions, test ideas quickly and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
Shin also conducts corporate training in artificial intelligence, critical thinking and driving digital adoption. His training is designed to guide attendees on how to apply AI tools effectively in life, address resistant mindsets, and encourage fellow professionals to view AI as an enabler and multiplier.
